Emma Rolls Over!
Emma is an old pro at this now! Thursday night she rolled over from her back to her stomach and then back to her back. Since then we can't keep her on her back!
Emma gets Baptised
Last Sunday while all of our family was in town, we had Emma's baptism. What a special celebration! She wore my baptism dress, my baby ring and cross around her neck.
We love you, Emma!
We love you, Emma!
Komen Race for the Cure
Last Saturday, Team Jenna walked in the St. Louis Komen Race for the Cure. We raised over $1500 for the St. Louis area research and development to help find a cure.
You can still donate at the following link: http://www.komenstlouis.org/site/TR?team_id=29090&fr_id=1080&pg=team
Thank you to all my family, friends, and colleagues who joined us and/or donated to this wonderful cause. Thank you to those that traveled from out of town to continue to show your support of me and my family...it means the world to me.
It was an early morning as I met Jodi on the live set of KSDK so I could see her do her live interview. She is such an inspiration to many and especially me. She is the one that showed me that this disease would not take us down, but rather we could stand strong to help beat this together.
Here is her clip from KSDK.

We then walked in the Survivor Walk together. What an amazing emotional experience. To stand there with hundreds and hundreds of other women who had battled and won the fight against breast cancer, to those that are still going through treatment and to those that unfortunately lost their lives to this terrible disease, it showed how strong women (and men) can be when we come together to raise funds to continue the research to find a cure!
Here we are joining the other Survivors! Check us out at the 1:40 timestamp

Let's beat breast cancer!

More Firsts for Emma
Emma-
You have been so alert lately and wanting to explore every color, subject, and person in the room. Daddy and I took you to your first circus- Circus Flora (http://www.circusflora.org/) in downtown St. Louis. It was an amazing 1 ring circus show and we were able to make it through the entire first act. Circus Flora is a not for profit circus that pops up in June in St. Louis with many acrobatic and animal acts!
You were so intrigued by the high wire performers and the shadows created on the tent top. Your eyes were the biggest I have ever seen them and mommy's co-workers loved watching you concentrate on every move in the ring.
We went to visit Grandpa Jones at the Lake of the Ozarks too. It was your first time in a boat and in the swimming pool. You loved it! The sound of the motor and the fresh air blowing on your face relaxed you enough to nap while we cruised around the lake. You even flirted with the waiters and waitresses at Shorty Pants!
